Gingerbread with cheese - recipe

Ingredients:

Ingredients:

  • flour - 160 g;
  • milk - 1/2 st .;
  • curd - 450 g;
  • Eggs - 3 pcs .;
  • sugar - 1 tbsp .;
  • baking powder - 1 1/2 tsp;.
  • margarine - 125 g;
  • vegetable oil.

preparation

Egg whisk with sugar. We melt the margarine and introduce to the eggs. Add the warm milk mixture. Sift flour with baking powder. Grease the baking tin with oil and pour it into dough. We put the form in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes.

Cottage cheese and apple gingerbread

Ingredients:

  • sugar - 1 tbsp .;
  • Honey - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • flour - 2 tbsp .;
  • curd - 200 g;
  • Apples - 2-3 pcs .;
  • . Baking powder - 1 tsp;
  • nuts - 1 handful;
  • vegetable oil - 100 ml;
  • cinnamon - pinch.

preparation

Sugar, cinnamon, honey and dissolve in 200 ml of warm water. Flour with baking powder sift separately. Nuts crushed by a knife.
