Because once you try, you will immediately find yourself in the relationship, and bake them again and again. And too close acquaintance with this magical dessert sadly can affect your waistline. Chocolate muffins with liquid filling
- butter 100 g;
- dark chocolate (cocoa not less than 70%) - 200 g;
- chicken egg - 2 pcs .;

How to make chocolate muffins? Melt the chocolate over a steam bath, add the butter and stir until smooth. Egg yolks together with additional sugar whisk in a solid foam. Pour them chocolate and butter, stir. Add the flour, salt and continue whisking.

Melt the dark chocolate with butter on a steam bath, add sugar, stir until dissolved. Beat eggs, add soda, milk, sour cream, brandy, flour, cocoa, chocolate mixture. Continue whisking. Chocolate muffins with walnuts on yogurt - recipe
- flour - 250 g;
- Sugar - 200 g;
- Cocoa - 50 g;
- kefir - 500 ml;
- Eggs - 2 pcs .;
- vegetable oil (refined) - 4 tbsp. spoons;
- walnuts (peeled) - 1/2 st .;
- baking powder - 1 pack;
- vanilla - 1/4 tsp..
Mix the dry ingredients: flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and vanilla. Separately, beat the eggs with a mixer, yogurt and butter. Pour the dry ingredients, stir, add the nuts.
Molds for baking grease with butter, fill the dough and bake for 2/3 hour at about 180 degrees. Readiness check with a toothpick - pierce muffin if wand will remain dry - dessert is ready.
