On the occasion of a dinner or a weekend, you can cook cheese cake without baking. This recipe is especially interesting for those who do not like overly sweet cakes ready, does not like to tinker with the test, but, nevertheless, does not remain indifferent to a variety of delicious desserts.

  • biscuits, crackers, small with a neutral taste - 2 packs;
  • milk - 150 ml;
  • unsweetened yogurt or sour liquid - 300 ml;
  • water - 100 ml;
  • Gelatin - 5.10 g;
  • curd - 500 g;
  • jujube fruit - 300 g;
  • cocoa poroshok- 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • powdered sugar - 2 tbsp. Spoon 2 tbsp + more. spoons;
  • Dark chocolate is ready - an average tile;
  • chopped walnuts - 1 cup;
  • fruit liqueur, such as orange - 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • golden rum or brandy, or dark, chocolate liqueur - 2 tablespoons. spoons;
  • vanilla or cinnamon.


Dissolve gelatin in water at room temperature and when it swells well, strain through a sieve, mix with yogurt or sour cream. Add 1 tbsp. a spoonful of powdered sugar and mix.

On the dish lay the first layer in a single layer of crackers, pre-dipping each into the milk - it will be a cake substrate.

Mix cottage cheese with half-yogurt gelatin solution, the second part of the reserve for the cream.

Divide in half the resulting curd mixture, ie, spread in different containers.

In one part of the curd mass, a mixture of powdered sugar with the cocoa powder and chocolate liqueur or rum, half the chopped nuts, vanilla or cinnamon and mix - it is for the lower layer.

Put the dish with the cake in the fridge for 3 hours.

Serve with tea, coffee, rooibos, cocoa, Hibiscus tea.
