Today we tell you how to make a stunningly delicious cookies with the interesting name "Kissing." Most often it is baked from the dough cheesecake, but you can also use flaky, and add any stuffing sweet to your taste.
Recipe for curd biscuits "Kissing"
- margarine - 250 g;
- flour - 250 g;
- curd - 250 g;
- sugar - 200 g;
- soda, vinegar repaid - 1/2 tsp;.

Cookies "Kissing" puff pastry with nut filling
- puff pastry - 750 g;
- Eggs - 2 pcs .;
- walnuts or other nuts, or any mixture thereof - 175 g;
- sugar - 150 g;
- vanilla - to taste;
- vegetable oil.
Eggs divide into whites and yolks. Yolks we shall need later, for the lubrication of finished cookies before baking, and whisk the egg whites to form a dense foam. Continuing to whisk, gradually to pour sugar, then add the chopped nuts, vanilla and stir gently. The filling for cookies ready.
Puff pastry roll out to two-millimeter thickness and cut out in any convenient manner circles with a diameter of about ten centimeters.
On each circle lay a teaspoon of the filling and sealed fingertips, like dumplings, but not so tight as to baking "Kissing" should be a little open.
We put cookies on a baking sheet with vegetable oil to miss the mark, top coat with egg yolks, mixed with a pinch of vanilla, and place in preheated 200 degree oven until browning and formation of a beautiful golden color.
