Sherbet Lemon can be a refreshing drink and frozen dessert - both could not be relevant in the summer. We consider the possible recipes with lemon sorbet, which will come to the rescue if you torment heat or thirst.
Lemon sherbet - recipe
- sugar - 1 1/4 st .;
- lemon zest - 2 tsp;.
- Salt - a pinch;
- Water - 1 1/2 st .;

Before you cook the lemon sorbet, with the help of a powerful grinder or blender, beat the sugar, salt, and lemon zest. Ice lemon sorbet with basil
- water - 2 tbsp .;
- sugar - 2 tbsp .;
- basil leaves - 1/2 st .;
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp .;
- lemon zest - 2 tbsp. spoon.
Mix the water and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. We bring the mixture to a boil, stirring constantly with a whisk, then we diminish the heat and continue cooking for another 5 minutes, and continuously stirring until the sugar dissolves. In the syrup add the chopped basil leaves and remove the mixture from the heat, cooling the to room temperature. The cooled syrup, put in the fridge for 2 hours, and then filtered through a sieve and mix the liquid with the lemon zest. Fill the syrup in the freezer and prepare the sorbet in it, and then spread the mixture in the freezer and allowed to cool for 2 hours.
If the freezer is not, then just mix sorbet in the freezer every 30-40 minutes.
Drink lemon sherbet
- sugar - 1 tbsp .;
- water - 1 tbsp + 2-3 tbsp .;.
- lemon juice - 1 tbsp.
First, cook the syrup by combining sugar with a glass of water in a saucepan. Once the sugar granules dissolve, remove the syrup from the heat and mix with lemon juice and cool to warm. Then diluted with sugar syrup with ice water and put a drink in the fridge for 30-40 minutes. Serve sorbet with lemon slices and ice cubes. Enjoy cool!
