Fruit punch

Stamp - commonly known worldwide alcoholic cocktail, containing in its composition a variety of fruits and juices. This versatile drink perfectly complement any party. Depending on the formulation, it may be applied both cold and hot. We will consider with you how to make fruit punch, in different variations.

Recipe fruit punch

Ingredients:

  • water - 750 ml;
  • rum - 350 ml;
  • black leaf tea - 2 tsp;.
  • sugar - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • Lemon - 1 pc .;
  • Fruit - for decorating;
  • orange - 1 pc.

preparation

Tea brewed with hot, but not a boiling water, insist 15 minutes and filtered through a strainer. Then pour rum, put the sugar and add fresh juice from an orange and lemon. Thoroughly mix all, pour the mixture into a saucepan and heat on heat for about 15 minutes. Then poured hot punch ready for ceramic cups, decorate with fruit slices and serve.

Non-alcoholic fruit punch

Ingredients:

  • water - 2 tbsp .;
  • sugar - 2 tbsp .;
  • orange juice - 3 tbsp .;
  • apple juice - 2 tbsp .;
  • pineapple juice - 3 tbsp .;
  • cream soda - 2 liters;
  • non-alcoholic ginger beer - 1 liter;
  • fruit sliced - 2 tablespoons.

Sugar dissolved in water, heat the syrup and when it boils, increase the heat and boil for about 10 minutes my fruit, cut into slices. In a large bowl mix all transparent juices, syrups and pieces of fruit. Give the mixture brew for about 1 hour. Just before serving, pour into a bowl of cream soda and non-alcoholic ginger beer, to give the drink an extraordinary effervescence.

Fruit punch with apricots

Ingredients:

  • apricots - 200 g;
  • apricot juice - 2 tbsp .;
  • Champagne - 2 tbsp .;
  • mineral water - 1 tbsp.

preparation

Juice mix with champagne and mineral water. Add the apricots cut into pieces, stir, spill the punch by the glass, throwing in every ice cubes and garnish of your choice.

Cold fruit punch

Ingredients:

  • orange, pineapple, lemon juice - 100 ml;
  • sugar - 3 tbsp. spoons;
  • Fruit punch
  • cherry - 15 pcs .;
  • Strawberry - to taste;
  • Banana - 5 pcs .;
  • orange - 4 pcs .;
  • Cognac - 150 ml.

preparation

In a large bowl, mix all the fruit juice, add the brandy and poured sugar. Fruit peeled, cut into slices and cherries take out the bones. Now put the fruit to the juice with brandy, stir, spill punch in glasses and cool, adding ice cubes.
