Thick hot chocolate - Recipe
Hot chocolate prepared from different ingredients, depending on what beverage flavor and density want. We offer you a recipe for hot chocolate, following which you will get very thick and rich dessert.
- Chocolate - 200 g;
- Milk - 1 liter;
- potato starch - 2-3 tbsp. spoons;
- Sugar - 1-2 tbsp. spoon.
For this recipe, you can take the black or milk chocolate. Preparation of hot chocolate starting with the fact that divorce starch in a glass of chilled milk. Remains pour the milk into a pan, put over medium heat, and when it will be warm, add to it chocolate, broken down into pieces and the sugar.
Constantly stir and remove from heat just after the chocolate is completely dissolved. Then blend the resulting mixture with the milk in which the starch dissolved and heated all this while thickens.
Pour the hot chocolate into cups and, if desired, add a cinnamon or cream.
Hot chocolate from cocoa

Recipe white thick hot chocolate
Another recipe for hot chocolate like those classic milk and dark chocolate, prefers gentle and mild taste of white chocolate.
- white chocolate - 350 g;
- milk - 500 ml;
- cornstarch - 25 g.
Crumble the chocolate into small pieces. Corn starch is dissolved in 1-2 tablespoons of warm milk. The remains of the milk to a boil, add the starch and mix well, making sure that there are no lumps. Then add the mixture of chocolate and cook over low heat until you get a thick, smooth paste.
