Chocolate liquor at home

Recipe for chocolate liquor
- dark chocolate - 1 bar (200 g);
- Vodka - 1 liter;
- sugar - 1 tbsp .;
- water - 1 tbsp .;
- vanilla extract - 3-4 drops.
Chocolate grind into crumbs using a blender or rub on a small grater. Fill the litter vodka or alcohol, add a few drops of vanilla extract, mix well and leave to infuse for a drink in the refrigerator for 1 week, not forgetting periodically shake liquor.
After time, prepare the syrup of equal parts sugar and water, pour the syrup to the liquor, and insist another 2 weeks. Currently drink filtered through 3 layers of cheesecloth, pour into a clean bowl and leave for another 2 weeks.

Chocolate milk liqueur
- dark chocolate - 100 g;
- cream (fat) - 1 tbsp .;
- condensed milk - 1 can (200 mL);
- cognac - 150 g;
- vanilla sugar - a pinch;
- coffee (instant) - 1 tbsp. a spoon.
Chocolate break into small pieces and place in a water bath until it is fired, brew coffee : a tablespoon of instant coffee, pour 2 tablespoons of water and add to the melted chocolate. Now you need to send a mixture in a blender with cream, brandy, vanilla and condensed milk. Ready drink should pour into a clean bottle and refrigerate for a day, then our chocolate-milk liqueur is ready for use!
