English Trifle Dessert
- finished cake - 180 g;

- milk - 300 ml;

First let's prepare vanilla cream. To do this in a saucepan pour the milk, add the vanilla stick and put on low heat. We bring the mixture to a boil and immediately remove from heat. In a separate bowl, beat egg yolks well with the sugar until a "fluffy" and light cream. Add the sifted flour and starch and mix until smooth. The resulting mass is gradually pour in milk and stir thoroughly. Again, put the pan on the heat and, still whisking, bring the contents to the boil. Remove from the heat. Add the cream liqueur and a little bit of butter. Stirred up until recently has melted. Give the cream cool slightly and then put it on 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
Wasting no time, while our cream cools, we are ready to take the sponge cake and cut it into small cubes. We pour the liquor and leave for 15 minutes to a biscuit soaked. Next lubricates his jam. In a separate bowl, beat the cream with the powdered sugar to the magnificent state.
