Funchoza with shrimp

Funchoza with shrimp in a creamy sauce
- Funchoza dry - 80 g per serving;

For the sauce:

- Madeira or strong light vermouth - 1 tsp;.

Mix the cream, lemon juice, wine, optional add the egg yolks, mustard and crushed garlic.
