The Swedish diet

Swedish diet is a unique way to lose weight on a balanced, good body suitable diet, moreover, very quickly, within a week you can lose just seven kilograms, and that without a sense of hunger and other troubles. However, the method is not good for the thin persons, which weigh about 50 kg and for women weighing more than 65-70 kg.

Number of standard meals - three a day. The interval between meals is up to you, but rather that it is the same.

First day

  1. Breakfast. Buckwheat milk separately or drink a glass of milk.
  2. Lunch. 100 g low-fat cheese, salad (tomatoes, bell peppers, onions), a glass of milk.
  3. Dinner. 3, baked potato, salad of 200 g boiled beets and sour cream, a piece of rye bread.

Second day

  1. Breakfast. Buckwheat with milk or separately from buckwheat drink a glass of milk.
  2. Lunch. 2 potatoes in their skins, 250 g of fish in boiled, salad greens with vegetable oil.
  3. Dinner. A portion of salad from cabbage with onions and olive oil, a couple of hard boiled eggs, a glass of 2,5% fat milk.

The third day

  1. Breakfast. A glass of milk, a sandwich of bread and cheese.
  2. Lunch. 250 g chicken (you can even roast), a salad of fresh vegetables, a glass of apple juice.
  3. Dinner. Mashed potatoes with cheese, a piece of rye bread, a glass of milk.

Fourth day

  1. Breakfast. A glass of juice (apple), 2 toast of dried on a dry frying pan.
  2. Lunch. A piece of boiled meat with buckwheat, large apple.
  3. Dinner. A little bit of boiled rice, salad with tomato and onion, a glass of milk.

Fifth day

  1. Breakfast. Orange and a glass of yogurt.
  2. Lunch. Mashed potatoes with cutlet and tea.
  3. Dinner. Orange, any fruit, a glass of apple juice.

Sixth day

  1. Breakfast. Buckwheat and milk.
  2. Lunch. Baked potato and a bit of boiled meat, a small apple and orange.
  3. Dinner. A little bit of boiled rice, cucumber salad, cabbage and onions.

Seventh day

The Swedish diet
  1. Breakfast. A bit of boiled rice and a glass of warm milk.
  2. Lunch. Baked potato and middle portion of any fish, an apple, an orange, a glass of juice (orange).
  3. Dinner. Beef steak, vegetable salad (tomato, cucumber), an apple, a piece of rye bread, a glass of apple juice.

Ideally mealtime should be the same on each day. Hours eating better distribute evenly for example, breakfast at 9:00, lunch at 13:30 and dinner - at 18:00. Products that are prohibited in the diet - all of which are not specified in the diet.
