Dukan Diet - stages
Very popular protein diet that came up French nutritionist Pierre Duc.
Ducane diet consists of the following stages: "Attack", "cruise", "consolidation" and "stabilization". Each of them is different from the previous one and helps to form a diet that can last a lifetime. At all stages Ducane diet can eat more, and non-proteinaceous products, which contain at least carbohydrates and fats, such as green tea, vinegar, cinnamon, coffee and the like.
The first phase of the diet Ducane

The second phase of the diet Ducane
The duration of phase "Cruise" is 15 days. The main principle - the alternation of protein and vegetable days. The amount depends on the remaining interlaces extra padding:
- if you lose the remainder is less than 10 kg, the vegetable protein and days necessary to alternate 1: 1 or 3: 3;
- if the remainder is greater than 10 kg of excess weight, the interleaving should be 5: 5.

Dukan Diet consolidation
